Job Summary

 Assumes responsibility of the smooth operation of the Boutique, maintaining appropriate levels of stock and supplies for the team.  Will liaise with all guest in a polite and professional manner.  Will prepare any financial reports if required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow the brand principles of We Create Joy in every interaction both internally and externally
• Ensure that the retail outlet is manned at all times
• Provides ideas and support to the management team on how to improve sales and drive bottom line success
• Will maintain any cash floats and record keeping as required by the Finance team
• Will conduct and support on inventories as directed by the finance team
• Conduct and helps to compile any reports as requested by the senior management
• Takes responsibility to ensure that all displays are attractive and well maintained
• Provides a warm and professional manner when interacting with guests and team members
• Is responsible for all promotional activities and ensuring that targets are met
• Conducts any additional sales related activities as their role dictates
• Will partake in any training as required either by their direct manager or One&Only Resorts
• Will partake in any cross training activities as and when requested
• Ensures that any guest preferences are accurately reported to the Front Office Team for updating in the SAGA system for future use
• Will ask open-ended questions and use product knowledge to make thoughtful sales recommendations
• Will assist in receiving shipments, re-stocking, and merchandising the sales floor

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• 2 years in a Retail agents position preferable in a Hotel setting.
• Computer Literacy
• Telephone Etiquette
• Fluent in English Language
