Job Summary  

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for offering exceptional service to One&Only Moonlight Basin guests in dining restaurants, beverage lounges, banquet venues, and other guest areas.  

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Greet guests, bringing them to waiting areas or seating them at tables 

  • Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs, being mindful of rotations so servers receive an appropriate number of seatings 

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries 

  • Make dining reservations, maintaining electronic records 

  • Set, clear, and clean tables for service, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards 

  • Ensure patrons are taken care of by providing menus, taking orders, and entering orders in the POS systems 

  • Prepare and present drinks to patrons 

  • Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages 

  • Ensure proper cash handling and sales documenting 

  • Maintain a stock of foods and drinks 

  • Maintain a professional demeanor 

  • Complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner 

  • Follow directives and guidance from leadership 

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Restaurant and Director, Food & Beverage, or other members of the Management team  

 

Skills, Experience, & Educational Requirements  

  • At least 3 months of food service experience (luxury level preferred) 

  • Must be able to deliver great guest service with a hospitality attitude 

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and managers 

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English 

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
