Job Summary

Responsible for developing, delivery and implementation of the Marketing and PR plan for One &Only Moonlight Basin, for delivery in line with resort objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Initiate in-resort promotions – all outlets. Support all promotions with collateral, communications and tactical activity
• Appropriate communications to internal and external guests of resort activities
• Deliver Advertising plan in line with Sales market development
• Deliver Marketing collateral, PR and Marketing activities to Support Sales Source Market development
• Actively source opportunities for hotel revenue improvement through partnership marketing and joint promotions and event participation
• Act as Brand Custodian for One&Only Moonlight Basin
• Maintain agency relationships – Advertising, Design, Print, Media
• Liaise with and brief advertising and PR agencies on projects and new initiatives
• Development of Press Releases and Photographic resources
• Ensure all Media are appropriately accommodated and hosted during stays
• Be aware of and work within corporate directives/guidelines and maintain the O&O brand image
• Ensure all activities, press updates and achievements of One&Only Moonlight Basin are communicated to the team
• Distribution of press releases to international departments and partners to ensure up-to date information is at hand to all at all times.

• Ensure all PR agency understand the needs of the One&Only Moonlight Basin business and are well versed in the destination and hotel requirements and offerings.
• On-going growth and management of guest databases.
• To assist with any other duties as required by the Director or another member of the management team.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a PR and Marketing Role within a 5*Hospitality Organization
• Tourism, Business or Marketing degree
• Experience with Interfacing with International Corporate Head Office and Agencies throughout the world
• Strong influencing skills
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

• Strong Management Reporting Skills
• Strong Command of the English Language
