Job Summary
The Team Leader, Transportation is responsible for leading the Transportation team in delivering personalized service throughout the guest journey. They will ensure that bell and valet services are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently in accordance with One&Only Moonlight Basin standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the Driver/Bellman team, setting the standard for professional conduct
- Oversee daily transportation operations, including staffing and scheduling, to maintain the delivery of guest services
- Deliver positive guest experiences by maintaining a visible presence, building guest relationships, anticipating guest needs, and responding to requests and concerns
- Coordinate transportation arrangements, including airport transfers and baggage deliveries
- Maintain strong property and destination knowledge to confidently assist guests with information, recommendations, directions, facilities, activities, and attractions
- Ensure effective communication with relevant departments, such as Front Office, Connectivity, Housekeeping, and Security
- Monitor service quality, driving continuous improvement by gathering guest feedback to identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Front of the House or other members of management
Skills, Experience, & Educational Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within Front Office, Guest Services, Transportation, or a related guest-facing department in a hotel or resort setting
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Previous experience in transportation, valet services, or bell services is highly desirable
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job in a safe manner, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environment for extended periods
- Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling
- Lifting and carrying of loads weighing up to 50 pounds
