Key responsibilities:
- Daily posting of departmental transfers;
- Run daily sales depletion process;
- Preparing & distributing cost reports weekly;
- Calculate staff meal costs;
- Manage Micros menu items;
- Balancing stock and purchase accruals;
- Arrange and record monthly inventory counts;
- Analyze stock variances and movements;
- Track & communicate slow moving and ageing stock;
- Accurate and timely capture of ENT’s, discounts etc;
- Prepare variance, inventory tracker and cost reports;
- Month-end processes i.e. re-allocations of expenses and accruals;
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Experience on Accounting software;
- Tertiary qualification in accounting / bookkeeping an advantage;
- Working experience in cost control an advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Accurate;
- Deadline oriented.
