The Future Legacy Maker Program is Kerzner International's flagship graduate development initiative, designed to identify, develop, and accelerate the next generation of hospitality leaders. This structured 12-month management development program offers exceptional graduates meaningful operational exposure, business accountability, leadership development, and strategic project experience within an ultra-luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate fully in all elements of the Future Legacy Maker Program.
- Complete assigned operational rotations and pathway development activities.
- Lead and contribute to business improvement projects.
- Engage actively with mentoring, coaching and leadership development opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with One&Only and Kerzner standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Business Management or related field.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English.
