Our experienced Distribution Manager will lead the implementation of direct connect partners and ensure effective execution of distribution strategies and practices based on the hotel overall strategy in order to maximize hotel revenues and achieves high guest satisfaction level.

 

Main Responsabilities : 

 

  • Manage the implementation of OTA’s, tour operators & DMC’s on various distribution platforms.
  • Maintain a good relationship with the online partners to ensure the best opportunities (phoning, sales calls,..)
  • Adhere to agreed timelines and deliver within.
  • Develop distribution system standards and procedures, e,g rate code set up for all channels, room type set up for all channels; rate loading form, Rate Code approval for etc.
  • Drive the implementation for reservations direct delivery into PMS for Tour Operators / DMC’s and third party websites.
  • Maintaining high standards of data quality through system maintenance and audits
  • Understand customer direct connect capabilities and assist in developing direct connectivity by providing relevant in formation. 
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on implementation timelines and partner production
  • Ensure effective execution of distribution strategies and practices across all channels
  • Maximize online rooms revenue, ADR and RevPAR by producing the most efficient production mix
  • Participate to the room budget process and produce the online room revenue budget by partner
  • Reforecast TPW budget on a monthly basis, using information from pick up and trend reports, and in context to both last year and budgeted expectations.
  • Ensure colleagues are kept informed of targets, objectives and key performance requirements and that they work collaboratively as part of the overall team within the property.
  • Ensure all offers and rate plans are bookable on the website and OTA’s according to the hotel pricing strategy
  • Apply the restrictions and the rate changes in all channels according to Revenue Management strategy and communicate it internally to reservation and sales as well as Tour operators and DMC’
  • Ensure the rate parity across all channels
  • Ensure through action monitoring that all SOP’s and guidelines are adhered to
  • Develop and deliver all the training necessary to support new business systems, practices, procedures and guidelines.

 

Requirements : 

 

  • 2 years’ experience in E-commerce / Distribution position
  • Perfect French and English speaking
  • Solid knowledge about Central Reservation systems, Interfaces, onward distribution platforms and OTA’s extranets 
  • Experience with Synxis and/or HBSI is a plus
  • Must be fast learner and able to work under the pressure
  • Must work independently
