The Future Legacy Maker Program is Kerzner International's flagship graduate development program designed to accelerate the careers of high-potential hospitality graduates through a structured 12-month journey of hospitality management training combining operational exposure, leadership development, mentoring and business projects.
During the program, you will gain exposure to various areas of Food & Beverage operations, including:

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Recent graduate, from a leading hospitality school.
- Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
- Strong passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn.
