We are on the lookout for an experienced Online Manager to join our team at our luxury Resort developed by Kerzner International group, designed to create amazing experiences and everlasting memories!


As an Online Manager you are in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote our Resort’s brand, products and services by implementing and monitoring them across all digital networks.


Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:

 

  • Use of Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) and other proprietary CMS’s to update and maintain all Online web content
  • Manage, generate, edit, publish and share content on digital channels
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Oversee content creation for assets to be distributed across website, blog, social media, email, digital advertising, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and in-house Creative team on content creation and content ideas to meet business objectives for specific audiences and countries
  • Continually look for new ways to produce engaging, scalable content
  • Closely collaborate with the in-house Creative team to guide and produce high quality content.
  • Manage brand online reputation, monitor blogs and forums for brand mentions and compile data to understand brand sentiment
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to colleagues and management
  • Manage and escalate all technical issues with brand website to corporate support
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Lead, train and collaborate with team to meet company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience in international marketing, hospitality industry preferred
  • Experience using graphic design (Photoshop)
  • Strong Google Analytics skills
  • Strong technical computer skills - Microsoft Office
  • Excellent document and presentation skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong online content writing skills
  • Mobile and digital guest centric approach
  • Detail orientated, investigative, self starter and persistent
  • Ability to negotiate with multiple vendors, business owners and agencies
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
  • Ability to establish new systems, track promotions and provide reports
  • Should have a portfolio to demonstrate examples of previous work
  • High level of experience in data analysis techniques
  • Strong experience in measuring and providing analysis of online marketing campaigns
  • University degree in marketing preferred
