Our talented Online Manager will be in charge of building the content, planning and managing marketing on line campaigns that promote our Resort’s brand, products and services by implementing and monitoring them across all digital networks.

 

Main responsabilities:
 
•    Use of Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) and other proprietary CMS’s to update and maintain all Online web content
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans
•    Create content in line with brand story telling
•    Manage, generate, edit, publish and share content on digital channels
•    Creates, coordinate and grows business presence across all digital channels
•    Drive budgeted campaigns to promote the resort on selected touchpoints in line with the commercial plan    
•    Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
•    Oversee content creation for assets to be distributed across website, blog, social media, email, digital advertising, and more.
•    Collaborate with internal customers and in-house Creative team on content creation and content ideas to meet business objectives for specific audiences and countries
•    Continually look for new ways to produce engaging, scalable content
•    Closely collaborate with the in-house Creative team to guide and produce high quality content.
•    Manage brand online reputation, monitor blogs and forums for brand mentions and compile data to understand brand sentiment
•    Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to colleagues and management. Continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
•    Manage and escalate all technical issues with brand website to corporate support
•    Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
•    Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
•    Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
•    Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
•    Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
•    Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
•    Lead, train and collaborate with team to meet company goals and objectives
•    Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
•    Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
 
Requirements:
 
•    E-commerce and E marketing background
•    Strong Google Analytics skills
•    Strong technical computer skills - Microsoft Office
•    Strong online content writing skills
•    Ability to establish new systems, assess new e-trends and e-tech,  track promotions and provide reports
•    High level of experience in data analysis techniques
•    Strong experience in measuring and providing analysis of online marketing campaigns
