One&Only Desaru Coast is seeking a passionate and dedicated Manager, Quality to join our team based in Desaru, Johor. The position is only for Malaysia National or Permanent Resident.

 

  • Takes charge and overview of Review Pro Indexes (Guest Review Index, Guest Survey Score, Semantics, Management Response, Net Promoter Score, Delivery rate), Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) and any other quality assurance initiatives as and when required by the resort.
  • Maintaining a culture of high performance and development together with the Executive Committee.
  • Prepares all quality assurance program hand-outs based on scheduled requirement for the week and/or month.
  • Conducts briefing, meeting, training, and awareness program which may involve demonstrating and/or operating equipment, and leading group discussions or role-playing activities.
  • Prepares quality assurance program and communicates with all departments as to who should be involved and responsible for a certain designed initiative.
  • Compiles departmental quality assurance plan, progress report, training report and training material.
  • Prepares quality assurance program manual based on the need of the organization.
  • Assists and collaborate with the Learning & Development Department on quality assurance program.
  • Consults, assists and supports the departments and/or sections in assuring the success in their preparation and presentation of the quality assurance program.

 

 

About You:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, or similar discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in 5 Star resorts/hotels with Quality exposure.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in handling LQA and Forbes.
  • Strong Communication Skills and fluently English speaking.
  • Experience and knowledgeable in Opera, LQA platform or similar.
