About the role

The Contracts Administrator plays a key operational role within the Procurement function, supporting the effective execution, administration, and governance of the organization’s contract portfolio. Reporting into the Contracts Manager, the role is responsible for contract routing, execution coordination, data accuracy, and lifecycle tracking, ensuring contracts are processed efficiently, stored correctly, and remain visible and compliant throughout their lifecycle.

 

The role acts as the first line of operational support for contract administration activities within Coupa, enabling transparency, control, and timely execution. By maintaining high data integrity and supporting contract analytics and KPIs, the Contracts Administrator underpins effective risk management, renewal planning, and stakeholder confidence.

 

About you

We are seeking a candidate with at least three years of experience in contract administration, procurement operations, legal support, or a similar commercial role. The ideal applicant will have a strong attention to detail and a structured, process-driven mindset, with experience using contract lifecycle management or procurement systems, ideally Coupa. A good understanding of contract documentation, approval workflows, and execution processes is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are also required.
