We are seeking a confident and service driven Reservations Sales Agent to join the team at One and Only One Zaabeel. This role is central to delivering a seamless guest booking experience while maximizing revenue opportunities across rooms and dining.
You will manage reservations through phone and email, ensuring all enquiries are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism. A key focus of the role is to actively sell through effective upselling and cross selling, while maintaining Forbes level service standards at every touchpoint. You will process bookings for individual guests, corporate partners, travel agencies, and VIP requests, ensuring alignment with rate structures and contractual agreements.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. You will work closely with internal teams to support guest satisfaction and contribute to overall departmental performance targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a similar reservations or call center role within a luxury hospitality environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems such as PMS or Synxis
Commercial awareness with a sales driven mindset
Flexibility, reliability, and a consistently professional approach
