We are seeking a polished and guest focused Front Office Agent to join the team at One and Only One Zaabeel, where exceptional service and memorable guest experiences are at the heart of what we do at One & Only. This role plays a key part in delivering seamless arrivals and departures while creating personalized moments that reflect warmth, precision, and attention to detail.
As a Front Office Agent, you will welcome guests, manage check ins and check outs, and handle all enquiries with professionalism and care. You will ensure guest preferences are accurately captured and communicated across departments, contributing to a highly personalized stay. A strong focus on service recovery is essential, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience.
You will also be responsible for handling cashiering functions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all financial and operational procedures. Close coordination with housekeeping and other departments is critical to ensure room readiness, accurate billing, and seamless service delivery throughout the guest journey.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced luxury environment while consistently meeting Forbes and LQA standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a Front Office or guest services role within a luxury hotel
Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English
Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
Professional presentation and a guest centric mindset
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
