About the role
This role is a strategic and analytical powerhouse designed to elevate F&B and Spa operations across Atlantis properties. You’ll monitor competitor pricing, track key performance metrics, and analyze trends to drive revenue and profitability. From optimizing menu engineering tools and forecasting to preparing strategic briefs and managing systems, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial success. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with leadership and mentor teams to ensure standards are upheld and opportunities are seized. About you
If you have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or a related field, and at least 1-2 years' experience in revenue management, ideally F&B, as well as strong analytical skills and advanced computer skills (Excel, PMS, CRS, Web), we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity.
