About The Role

 

Providing administrative and income audit support to the Assistant Manager, Income, and the Finance Department.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities  

 

•    Performs all secretarial and administrative duties.
•    Prepare DRR & share with HOD & Management.
•    Assist Daily Income audit task list & attach all relevant audit backups with reports.
•    Check and prepare daily Audit pack & document all processes
•    Prepare and evaluate all housekeeping reports daily and resolve any discrepancies in them
•    Maintain and ensure accuracy in all PMS reports as per Audit requirements
•    Reconcile Cash & Credit card of PMS & POS with cashier closure report
•    Prepare & reconcile Daily Cash report with OPERA & Cash Recycle Machine (CRM)
•    Ensure compliance with all control and system procedures and identify/report errors
•    Prepare & attach backup with F&B and OOD discounted check report. 
•    Prepare & attach backup with F&B and OOD Void check report. 
•    Reconcile Daily Revenue with PMS/POS/ Iscala report.
•    Prepare F&B Recalled, Open check, Split check, and Time difference report. 
•    Check the Daily FO Rebate/Adjustment report & share further for HOD signature.
•    Check the Daily Paid out & Deposit Refund report & share further for HOD signature.
•    Check Reservation with discount report & share further for HOD signature.
•    Check Rate variance, Guest in-house rate check, and Rate change report & share further for HOD signature.
•    Check the No-show and Reservation cancellation report & share further for HOD signature.
•    Check Complimentary, House use, and Zero Room rate reports & share further for HOD signature.
•    Check Housekeeping discrepancy & share further for HOD signature.
•    Assist Income Audit with month-end closing

 

Experience & Educational Requirements

 

•     Financial Management Diploma/ Bachelor Of Commerce or its equivalent
•    Two to three years of related administration, financial/office experience in a similar role.
•    Computer competency requiring word-processing, spreadsheet, and database software knowledge and experience.
•    Good knowledge of Opera Cloud (PMS), Touche (POS), Iscal, and Hyperion functionality.
•    Have relevant experience in administration functions.
