About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, Concierge, you will play a crucial role in creating amazing experiences and everlasting memories for our guests. Being able to anticipate, align and surprise and delight a guest through a natural and anticipatory style of service is essential and a key ability of a seasoned Assistant Manager in our Concierge team. Reporting to the Chief Concierge, you will lead and support the Concierge team in providing seamless, world-class service while leveraging your extensive knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, dining destinations, entertainment venues, and cultural experiences. You will curate bespoke recommendations and tailored itineraries that enhance each guest’s journey and reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
You will also support the daily operations of the department, ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints while assisting with colleague training and development, engagement initiatives, and roster planning. Through your leadership, you will help foster a high-performing team culture and ensure an outstanding and consistent guest experience.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience within a concierge operation in a luxury five-star hotel or resort, supported by a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Membership with Les Clefs d'Or is essential. You will possess strong local knowledge, a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service, and the ability to curate bespoke experiences tailored to individual guest preferences. As a natural people leader, you will actively share your expertise and mentor the team to ensure world-class service standards and up-to-date destination knowledge are consistently maintained.
