About The Role 

To oversee, manage and drive the performance of all aspects of Front Services, Front Office, Concierge and Imperial Club at Atlantis the Palm ensuring the highest levels of service, efficiency, professionalism and financial performance. Assistant Director, Rooms will directly oversee the daily operation of all driveways, parking spaces, events, guest movements, P&Ls, cost management and complete guest experience. Provide strategic direction and planning for all above mentioned department KPIs and goals while ensuring the highest level of department output as guided by the Forbes Travel Guide (FTG) and Atlantis Service Pillars & standards.

About You 

Ideally you will have minimum of 5 years leadership experience in Luxury 5-star hotel environment. You will act as an ambassador for the resort, displaying a great sense of style and integrity and conveying to the guest a sense of knowledge and assurance. You will have an immaculate personal presentation and be passionate about developing the team. In addition, you will be quality-driven, skilled, and confident in handling conflict resolution, positive with keen senses, decisive, and articulate in communication style. Highly organized and used to working in a high-volume operation, you must be very hands-on, highly visible, and approachable and walk the walk when it comes to integrity and leadership.
