About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Manager, Events who is looking for a new challenge! Our Assistant Manager, Events is committed to provide an amazing experience to our valued guests, delivering an exceptional level of customer service.  If you are a creative problem-solver who deals with challenges with ease and professionalism and loves working within a banqueting environment, we’d love to hear from you!

As an Assistant Manager of Events, you will support the Events Manager in supervising the floor function by assisting the kitchen and leading the service teams in accomplishing events based on the customers’ requirements and our service standards. You will ensure that all event details, including decorations, layout, cleanliness, and services are properly set up and follow our standards, policies, and procedures.


About You 

Ideally, we’d like you to have a minimum 3 years of relevant experience at a similar level in a luxury hotel or other experience related to this field. You will have played a key role in previous Events functions and weddings and have experience managing large events, adapting to changes, and have solid experience managing large teams, and dealing with a variety of different cultures. Previous international exposure in a hotel environment is required. Along with a solid understanding of business acumen and potential revenue generation for Atlantis Dubai. Fluency in Arabic would also be preferred for this role.
