About the role
As an Assistant Manager, Finance, you will ensure the completeness and accuracy of all financial information, the timely reporting thereof, ensure the internal control systems are implemented and maintained for operational efficiency and to safeguard the assets of the company, ensure the division supports the operations and take all reasonable steps to assist the bottom line.
You will also ensure all Insurance policies, required licenses and any claims are maintained, up to date, reviewed and approved in accordance with financing and other agreements and any corporate requirements. You will prepare monthly revenue share and royalty fee reconciliations and communicating reports to partners, maintain accurate reconciliation of all royalty fee contracts along with the supporting documents, available for review of senior management. Preparation of monthly VAT reports in consultation with the VAT consultant and ensuring accurate VAT calculation for revenue and expenses as per the Federal Tax Authorities requirements will also be key.
About you
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with focus on Finance or bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, in a 5-star hotel, or large resort.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with focus on Finance or bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- Excellent research skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to think creatively and interact at all levels of the organization
- Extensive experience working in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Strong drive to improve processes and productivity
- A good business sense with an operational focus
- The ability to work on projects independently
