About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Employee Relations function by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and responding to employee queries with professionalism and care. You will assist in handling workplace conflicts, conducting exit interviews, and managing minor grievances under the guidance of the Employee Relations Managers and Director.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating and administering employee relations processes end-to-end, scheduling and documenting disciplinary enquiries, maintaining accurate personnel records, and generating regular reports. You will also be involved in organising focus groups, managing follow-up meetings, and ensuring all Employee Relations documentation complies with ISO standards and UAE legislation. About You
You are an approachable and organised professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, and bring at least two years of experience in a counselling or employee relations role. You have excellent administrative and communication skills, a strong command of MS Office tools, and experience working with centralised HR systems.
