The Assistant Manager, Multimedia key role is to elevate the visual and digital presence of Dubai’s most intimate ultra-luxury beachfront resort. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise to produce exceptional multimedia assets that reflect our refined aesthetic and support marketing, F&B, social media, and advertising initiatives.

 

The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with a luxury design eye, excellent technical skills, and an understanding of high-end brand expression across digital and print channels. They will collaborate across departments—especially F&B, Sales, and Digital—to ensure the resort’s identity is consistently represented at the highest level.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Creative Design & Brand Expression

  • Develop high-quality creative assets aligned with the One&Only brand standards and The Palm’s distinct aesthetic.
  • Design print and digital materials including brochures, menus, flyers, resort maps, factsheets, invitations, and campaign visual identities.
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity across all guest-facing and trade-facing collaterals.
  • Support photoshoots and creative production as needed, aligning output with brand guidelines.

 

Social Media & Digital Content Production

  • Create and adapt visual content for social media platforms (Reels, stories, posts, GIFs, short-form motion graphics).
  • Assist in content planning and execution, ensuring creativity, relevance, and on-brand storytelling.
  • Edit video content for digital channels, paid campaigns, and F&B promotional assets.
  • Manage and organize multimedia libraries including imagery, videos, and design templates.

 

Advertising & Campaign Support

  • Create visuals and layouts for digital and print advertising campaigns (Google Display, META, programming, magazine ads, OOH concepts).
  • Collaborate with agencies on campaign direction and asset development.
  • Adapt global brand campaigns for local and regional use.

 

F&B Design & Concepting

  • Lead creative development for all F&B venues, including menus, promotional visuals, tent cards, seasonal campaigns, and dining event branding.
  • Work closely with Culinary and Restaurants & Bars teams to ensure timely delivery and aesthetic excellence.
  • Support the design and rollout of festive and seasonal F&B collateral.

 

Project Management

  •  Manage timelines, revisions, and approvals for all creative requests.
  •  Liaise with printers, production houses, and external vendors to ensure premium quality    output.
  •  Maintain an organized archive of design templates, assets, and version histories.
  •  Ensure all collaterals meet luxury hospitality standards in quality, accuracy, and finish.

 

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in design, multimedia production, or digital content creation—preferably within luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle brands, or creative agencies.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of both print and digital production processes.
  • Experience in designing F&B collateral and menu layouts is highly preferred.
  • Strong aesthetic sense aligned with luxury brands—minimal, refined, contemporary.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
