About the role

 

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Restaurant Performance Optimisation, to oversee and optimise restaurant inventory based on seasonality, demand and strategies defined by the revenue and F&B teams. You will ensure full technical understanding and optimal use of dining reservations platforms, F&B BI tool and financial reporting, and understand the dynamics of each restaurant, including the customer profile, booking patterns, booking journey and menu selection. You will also attend daily briefings with revenue management to discuss selling strategies, business on the books, booking patterns and availability opportunities, plus conduct twice a day availability checks on all distribution channels (brand website, mobile app, third party sites).

 

Another important aspect of this role will be to communicate daily selling strategies to restaurant reservations to drive bookings into need periods and available venues and time slots, while monitoring restaurant reservation performance KPIs.

 

 

About you

 

The ideal candidate will have demonstratable analytical and problem-solving skills, a minimum of 1-2 years within an F&B operations role, and a passion for analytics. You will also have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, or any financial qualification is preferably required, and advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Knowledge with Simphony, Hyperion, table management systems, or knowledge of Mymicros and Avero or other F&B analytics software is also preferred.
