About The Role 


As the Assistant Manager for Spa SIRO, you will assist the leadership team in achieving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the Spa & Wellness Operations, ensuring guest and staff expectations are exceeded. With emphasis on Spa and Fitness operation, it is expected you will oversee the reservations and spa reception areas, coordinate all guest movement and activities, maintain retail inventory, be able to lead and train colleagues and be the face of the spa as the guests first contact point. Immaculate personal presentation, grooming and a higher than average ability to communicate clearly and positively is essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class experience.


About You


Ideally, we would love you to hold a bachelor’s degree in hotel management, or an internationally recognized industry- related qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Fitness Centre or Spa in a similar capacity, preferably within the region. It is essential that you have previous experience working in five-star establishments, have the ability to engage with guests on a very personal level and important that you understand and are passionate about the spa, fitness and wellness industry.
