About the Role
As an Assistant Manager – Payable, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance team by overseeing daily accounts payable operations and ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to maintain strong financial controls, timely payments, and accurate reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical skills, and is passionate about maintaining financial accuracy and operational excellence.
About You
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. You have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes and enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment. With excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset, you are confident in resolving issues, building positive vendor relationships, and contributing to continuous process improvements. You are comfortable working with financial systems, meeting deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality at all times
