About the Role
As a Bartender at Aelia, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences while delivering outstanding guest service. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner while contributing to the overall success of the venue.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and energetic hospitality professional with previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality environment. You have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation, and a guest-focused mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well as part of a team, and take pride in delivering memorable experiences through exceptional service. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards are essential for success in this role.
