About the Role

As Chef de Cuisine, All Day Dining, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations of a dynamic, high-volume restaurant, delivering exceptional dining experiences throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. You will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including menu development, food quality, cost control, team leadership, and operational excellence. Working closely with the culinary leadership team, you will drive innovation while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to the highest standards of food safety and guest satisfaction.

You will inspire and mentor a diverse team of chefs, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous development. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, you will ensure every dish reflects the quality and standards of a world-class luxury hospitality destination.

About You

The ideal candidate is a passionate and accomplished culinary professional with proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment. You possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage large teams effectively, and a track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

You are highly organized, commercially minded, and confident in managing food costs, productivity, and operational performance without compromising quality. With a strong knowledge of international cuisines and contemporary dining trends, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to developing talent while maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. A culinary qualification and excellent communication skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.
