About the role

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment where you can learn from talented chefs and showcase your creativity and innovation? We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is ready to take on the exciting challenge of working in a dynamic open kitchen and live station setting. About You

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel environment, with a proven track record in high-volume, guest-facing culinary operations. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your section’s mise en place, maintaining the highest culinary standards in an open kitchen setup. You will also assist in organizing kitchen operations, upholding health and safety procedures, and supporting in the development of new dishes and menus.
