As Chief Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production, developing recipes, leading and training the bakery team, and ensuring exceptional product standards across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all bakery operations, including bread, viennoiserie, and specialty baked goods

• Develop and refine recipes with a focus on quality, creativity, and consistency

• Plan production schedules and manage inventory and food costs

• Train, mentor, and motivate the bakery team to maintain high performance

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and food quality standards

• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development and seasonal offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Baker in a high-volume or premium bakery or hospitality environment

• Strong technical knowledge of artisan baking techniques

• Leadership experience with the ability to train and manage teams

• Passion for quality ingredients and continuous improvement

• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
