Job Summary:
As Cluster Director, Talent Acquisition you will oversee the TA function for Atlantis The Palm, Atlantis The Royal, Aquaventure Waterpark, One&Only One Za’abeel and SIRO One Za’abeel. Leading the function strategy smd execution of TA initiatives, to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role oversees full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, recruitment operations, and workforce planning to support the organization's growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.

Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing recruitment team.

Collaborate with leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.

Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates across all levels.

Own and enhance employer branding efforts to position the organization as an employer of choice.

Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment metrics, and dashboards to monitor performance and optimize efficiency.

Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Build and manage relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, universities, and job boards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in the Hospitality sector is a must (current or previously)

6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and executing recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, analytics, and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM).
- Must have managed a team of recruiters.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Experience with high-volume recruitment including recruitment campaigns as well as senior-level recruiting.
