About the Role

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and service-driven Cocktail Waitress to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll be the face of the venue on the floor, ensuring guests feel welcomed, looked after, and excited to return.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude

• Present menus, explain drink selections, and make recommendations

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

• Serve cocktails and beverages efficiently and elegantly

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests

• Upsell signature cocktails, specials, and premium beverages

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and bar areas

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards

• Work closely with bartenders and floor team to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waitress/server in a bar, lounge, or restaurant

• Knowledge of cocktails and beverage service is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-presented, energetic, and confident personality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Team player with a positive attitude
