About The Role

Is it your goal to provide our guests with outstanding service through tailored experiences? If this describes you, our VIP Services team at Atlantis, The Palm is looking for someone like you! The Coordinator of VIP Services is responsible for itinerary planning, personalized guest correspondence, stay preparation, planning, transport, hotel, Food & Beverage and activities bookings, related to all aspects of our Butler services. You will be responsible for coordinating guest queries in the most efficient way for guests, partners, suppliers along with internal and external stakeholders, along with managing all aspects of the department day to day operations and administration needs.

 

About You

Ideally, we’d love you to have diploma or degree in hospitality or other relevant discipline or either 2 years working experience as a coordinator or agent handling customer request, queries and complaints over the phone with an excellent knowledge of opera or other booking operating system used by international and well-known luxury hotel or resort. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class experience is a must.
