About the Role:
The KidsOnly Counselor is responsible for the well-being of the participating children by providing highly personalized efficient and responsive service during operating hours of the kids club. She/he will facilitate all the activities/ programs introduced by Management and KidsOnly Assistant Manager. Duties also include supervising, directing, assisting, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kids Club and its surroundings.
About You:
The ideal candidate is a Childcare & Education graduate with recent and relevant experience, which would be considered an advantage. A minimum of one year in a similar role is required, along with excellent communication skills. The candidate should demonstrate flexibility, strong multi-tasking abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
