About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency are maintained at all times. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, supervise junior team members, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

About You
We are looking for passionate culinary professionals with previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie candidates ready to take the next step in their careers. You have excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You are a team player, committed to maintaining high standards, eager to learn, and dedicated to delivering outstanding quality on every plate.
