About The Role
As a Culinary Intern at Atlantis Dubai, you will be responsible for preparing consistently high-quality food preparation, organising the mise en place for your respective section, producing the highest food quality at all times. As a perfectionist in the kitchen you will be assisting the team in preparing food according to the requirements, recipes, standards, and the specifications of the department, ensuring that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a hospitality student interested in gaining practical knowledge in the culinary industry. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles.
