About The Role
SIRO is redefining the future of fitness and holistic well‑being. As our Director of Fitness, you will lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of our Fitness and Recovery Labs. Your mission is to deliver SIRO’s immersive lifestyle concept by creating exceptional guest journeys, empowering teams, and elevating our world‑class facilities. Key Responsibilities
• Lead all operational and financial aspects of the Fitness and Recovery Labs to ensure outstanding service and strong business performance.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring effective scheduling, training, engagement, and performance management.
• Ensure exceptional guest and member experiences through service excellence, personalised support, and proactive handling of feedback or concerns.
• Oversee facility standards including maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and ambience, ensuring full compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.
• Drive annual business planning, budgeting, reporting, and cost‑control measures in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on promotions, new programmes, and innovative class concepts to strengthen brand presence and member engagement.
• Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and administrative processes, including payroll‑related functions and reporting.
• Uphold SIRO’s core values of Strength, Inclusivity, Recovery, and Originality in all areas of operation.
About You
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 5‑star or boutique fitness hospitality environment.
• At least 2 years in a senior management role within fitness, wellness, or spa operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or internationally recognised advanced diploma in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; fluency in English required, additional languages an advantage.
• Strong administrative and operational capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with fitness management software (e.g., Mindbody).
• Experience managing guest relations and resolving complex situations with professionalism and care.
• Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative fitness programmes and member experiences.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Professional, polished presentation and a commitment to maintaining a hygienic, safe, and inspiring environment.
