About Job

As a Director of Food and Beverage, you will support the Vice President, Food and Beverage, One&Only One Za’abeel with managing all the Food & Beverage operations and ensures that best practices are being followed and implemented consistent with company SOP and policies & procedures. Director, Food and Beverage, One&Only One Za’abeel will oversee restaurant operations and pre-opening activities, manage partnerships with world-renowned brands, and handle high-volume outlets. He/she will responsible for implementing the overall strategy of the department in planning and managing the operation of the department including but not limited to staffing, financial, marketing initiatives, product innovation, implementing new concepts and departmental KPI’s. The primary goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction, employee engagement, innovation and ensuring the continues development of our restaurant brands.

 

About You

A perfect candidate should have extensive experience in both hotel and standalone F&B environments, with a proven track record in managing renowned brands and large-scale operations. 10 years plus experience in Food and Beverage Management. Global luxury hotel background. Proven experience leading multiple restaurants and creating new food and beverage concepts. International experience preferred. Outgoing, confident, excellent communication skills with the right attitude, whose flexible and a great team player who works well under pressure analytical thinking, sincere and dependable. Dynamic, energetic, creative individual with a positive “can do” attitude. Committed and passionate about F&B. Confident to deal with peers and senior colleagues has the ability to empower others to make decisions. Experience MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, POS systems, Restaurant Reservations Systems, Opera.
