About the Role
At Atlantis Dubai, we create unforgettable dining experiences through an extraordinary collection of restaurants, bars, lounges and destination concepts. As Director of Food & Beverage, you will support the Vice President, Food & Beverage in leading one of the most diverse and high-profile F&B operations in the world.
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, guest satisfaction and colleague engagement across multiple outlets. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our dining portfolio, ensuring every venue delivers exceptional experiences while achieving ambitious business objectives.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead strategic initiatives, champion innovation, develop future talent and ensure Atlantis Dubai continues to set the benchmark for luxury hospitality and world-class dining.
Key Requirements
- Current or recent experience as a Director of Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel, resort or integrated resort environment
- Proven success leading large-scale, multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations
- Experience with destination dining concepts, Michelin-recognised venues, celebrity chef partnerships or lifestyle hospitality brands
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with ownership of budgets, forecasting and P&L performance
- Demonstrated experience opening, repositioning or transforming restaurant concepts
- Track record of delivering revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence
- Experience leading large and diverse teams within complex hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of luxury dining, service standards and guest experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred
