About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, you will define and execute our data and AI strategy, ensuring that our platforms, capabilities, and insights deliver measurable impact across the resort. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures, oversee advanced analytics initiatives, and evaluate and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders, you will translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value, while establishing robust governance, security, and data management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise data and AI strategy across all business functions
- Oversee data architecture, data pipelines, and analytics platforms, ensuring scalability and integrity
- Identify and implement AI and machine learning use cases that enhance guest experience, revenue, and operational performance
- Evaluate and onboard AI platforms, tools, and vendors, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategy
- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from proof of concept through to production and adoption
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure ROI and impact of data and AI initiatives
- Create compelling dashboards, visualisations, and data narratives for senior leadership
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across IT and business teams
About You
You are a senior data and technology leader with a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen. You bring deep experience in data engineering, analytics, and enterprise platforms, alongside a proven ability to translate data into meaningful business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in data warehousing, data pipelines, and analytics
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including predictive models and emerging technologies such as LLMs
- Experience with cloud and AI platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, or similar) and system integrations
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data or AI initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation in complex environments
