With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for EAM - Food &Beverage to join the One&Only F&B team at The One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of F&B department which is designated to the specific schedules in order to meet and exceed guests’ needs and business requirements while ensuring strong associate engagement and adherence to service standards of the One&Only brand and operating procedures. EAM - Food & Beverage requires to conduct his/her duties in a courteous and efficient manner, in accordance with hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
He/She must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role in a luxury resort or five-star hotels in a large and high-volume capacity F&B operations. Have strong management and leadership skills in leading a team, dedicated and passionate in driving quality service. Should have proven track record in F&B management at resort level. Excellent spoken and written English is a must, and additional European language will be highly regarded in this role. Has the ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment, European / Middle East/GCC experience is a plus.
Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
