About The Role
The HR Executive supports the Human Resources function with a strong focus on HR data analytics, reporting, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate HR data, preparing workforce reports and insights, supporting payroll and Time & Attendance processes, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new colleagues.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate HR data and employee records across HR systems and trackers.
Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, leave, recruitment, and employee movements.
Analyse HR data and provide insights to support informed management decision-making.
Manage and monitor Time & Attendance records, including attendance, leave, overtime, and related discrepancies.
Support the monthly payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely submission of attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data.
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, including pre-employment documentation, joining formalities, induction, and employee records.
Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and recruitment tracking.
Maintain recruitment and onboarding trackers and provide regular status updates.
Support employee engagement, welfare, and HR initiatives across the property.
Ensure accurate HR data for payroll, audits, and other business requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through digitalisation, automation, and effective data management.
Experience & Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality or a service-oriented environment.
Strong Microsoft Excel, HR reporting, and data analytics skills.
Experience with HRIS, Time & Attendance, and payroll systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar platforms is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and service orientation.
Proactive mindset with an interest in data-driven HR and process improvement.
