About The Role

 

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the Director of Sales and marketing and the Marketing and communications Manager with the planning and execution of an effective marketing and communications strategy that builds and maintains a powerful online presence for the hotel, increases revenue, grows market share, and creates a consistent multi-channel experience for our users and guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities  

 

•    Passionate about the digital world with a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital and social media environments.
•    Support the liaison between the Marketing and Communications Department and the creative agency on the international and local campaigns' creative and media plans.
•    Assist in consolidating monthly PR coverages and creating marketing presentations.
•    Assist in maintaining a comprehensive master library for all advertising, collateral, and public relations activities.
•    Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
•    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and planning
•    Assist and coordinate marketing and communications activities, press activities, hotel-sponsored events, and community-related activities.
•    Data-driven thinking and strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives.
•    Solid knowledge of website analytics and CRM/marketing automation tools
•    Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels as per Kerzner SOPs
•    Out-of-the-box thinker, creative, and innovator
•    Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Key Responsibilities
•    Develop, implement, track, and optimize the hotel's digital marketing campaigns across all paid, owned, and earned channels.
•    To regularly track, analyse ,and report, weekly, monthl,y and quarterly, on campaigns and channels' performances vs. agreed KPIs and budget
•    To design, build, and maintain a social media presence and campaigns.
•    To collaborate and manage relationships with agencies and third parties.
•    To manage various e-tools e.g., CRM, CMS, ORM, Social Media Management Platforms, etc.
•    To build, maintain and update customer databases including Campaygn & Sprinklr
•    To set up, distribute, monitor, and analyze direct communications and email marketing campaigns via CRM.
•    To ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
•    Contribute to the planning of integrated marketing campaigns
•    To manage the distribution of content across all channels and to ensure it is constantly up to date and in line with the brand guidelines.
•    To manage and monitor the hotel's online reputation across different reviews sites and social media platforms / Google, Trip Advisor, Seven Rooms and OTA’s
•    To identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize performance.
•    To monitor and report on competitors' online activities Requirements

 

Experience & Educational Requirements

 

•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Information Technology, or Computer Science
•    Desirable Google Analytics or Meta certified
•    At least 3 years of marketing experience leading and managing marketing campaigns
•    Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suite; social media listening/ tracking and analytic tools
•    Internet marketing experience in the hospitality/travel industry
•    Strong understanding of traditional and online marketing tactics and strategy
