About the role

As Executive Director – Rooms, you will lead the Rooms Division at one of the most prestigious resorts in the region. This senior leadership role oversees all aspects of the Rooms operation, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Transportation, and Butler Services. Your mission is to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and profitability.You will manage a team of department heads and operational managers, ensuring that every guest touchpoint—from arrival to departure—reflects the highest standards of luxury and service. This includes overseeing traffic flow at the front drive, coordinating third-party services, and implementing property-wide strategies that exceed guest expectations and deliver strong ROI.Your key responsibilities will include:Guest Experience Leadership: Ensure seamless arrivals and departures, maintain Forbes standards, and deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations.Operational Excellence: Implement strategies that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize revenue and EBITDA.Compliance & Safety: Guarantee adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations, safeguarding guests and colleagues.Financial Stewardship: Achieve budgeted targets for payroll and Rooms costs, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.Team Development: Coach and mentor department heads, foster collaboration across teams, and drive engagement through structured communication and training.Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Champion operational innovation and encourage a culture of excellence and adaptability.Reputation Management: Monitor and manage online platforms such as TripAdvisor and Booking.com to maintain a strong brand presence.Asset Management: Oversee capital projects and ensure company assets are maintained to the highest standards.This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership skills, capable of balancing operational detail with big-picture vision.

About You

You are an accomplished hospitality leader with a proven track record in luxury resort operations at a Director level or above. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing operational detail with strategic vision. Your leadership style inspires teams, promotes collaboration, and drives continuous improvement.What you bring:Experience: Previous Director-level experience managing multiple operational functions in large-scale resorts or hotels.Education: Degree in Hotel Management or related field; additional certifications are a plus.Skills:  Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.High adaptability and self-motivation.Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage budgets and deliver financial targets.Personal Attributes:Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational.Professional appearance and discretion.Multilingual capabilities are desirable.If you are passionate about luxury hospitality, committed to service excellence, and ready to lead a world-class team, we want to hear from you.
