We are seeking exceptional candidates to join our dynamic team at One & Only One Za'abeel. You will play a vital role in delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our diverse and international clientele. We are looking for candidates who possess outstanding language skills, a strong background in bartending, and preferably, experience in leading restaurants with Michelin-star or world's best rankings.
About the role
Create and serve a wide range of innovative and classic cocktails to delight our guests. Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest's unique preferences are catered to. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and information about our beverage offerings. Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service and a cohesive dining experience. Stay updated on industry trends, spirits, and cocktail techniques.
About you
Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in high-end, reputable bars or restaurants. Proficiency in at least two languages is required, with additional languages being a strong asset. Previous experience working in Michelin-starred or world-renowned restaurants is highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Impeccable attention to detail and presentation. A passion for mixology and a desire to continuously improve and innovate.
