About the role
We are looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join the Bar Operations Division in Atlantis The Royal – the most sophisticated and dynamic hospitality destination in the region. As part of the Bar Operations team, you will support the daily management and organization of bar services to the highest standards in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures. Depending on your level, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining quality and consistency, and ensuring smooth operational flow. Senior team members will lead, train, and motivate colleagues while managing stock, costs, and overall performance of the bar.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have relevant experience within bar operations, with at least 1–2 years in a similar position for entry-level roles, and progressively more experience for supervisory or management positions. A background in a 4* or 5* luxury hotel or a reputable standalone venue is preferred. Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and service standards is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of service delivery, teamwork, and attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
