About the role
We are looking for experienced Commis Chef candidates to join the Culinary Division in Atlantis The Royal – the most sophisticated and dynamic kitchen operations team in the region. As Commis Chef your main responsibility will be to support the Culinary team by the preparation of mise en place, food equipment set up, food preparation assistance, maintaining hygiene (HACCP) according to the hotel and local health authority’s standard.
About You
We are looking for candidates with various culinary backgrounds and experience ranging from 1-3 years in a high-end F&B outlet or international hotel chain. You should possess solid knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation, and preservation techniques as well as hygiene and safety procedures.
