About the role 

We are looking for experienced F&B Service candidates to join the Food and Beverage Division in One&Only One Za’abeel – the most extraordinary and diverse restaurant operations team in the region. Our F&B Service professionals focus on providing unique restaurant experience for varied clientele (VIPs, celebrities, regular guests, groups) and actively using upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase outlet revenue.

About You

We are looking for candidates with various food and beverage service backgrounds – casual and lifestyle dining, outdoor venues, fine dining/celebrity chef venues, in room dining, banquets. Depending on the role you should ideally have 1 – 5 years’ experience in a reputable international hotel chain or restaurant group. Demonstrating passion and in depth knowledge of your preferred service style dynamics and ability to deliver excellent service standards to our guests is a must in our F&B Service team. To succeed in the role, you need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and build effective work relationship with service team, kitchen team and management.
