About the role

We are looking for experienced Hostesses to join the Food & Beverage Division in One&Only One Za’abeel – the most sophisticated and dynamic hospitality destination in the region. Candidates from various backgrounds are welcome to register their interest for future full-time opportunities in one of many venues across our resort:

• Fine dining restaurants
• Buffet operations (high volume outlets)
• Casual dining (lounges, family friendly venues, pool and beach operations)

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable arrival experience. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure smooth guest flow within the restaurant in accordance with the hotel's standards and procedures. You will work closely with the service team to deliver exceptional service, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, presentation, and guest satisfaction at all times.

About You

To succeed in this role, you need at least 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage busy service periods while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor are essential. A high standard of personal presentation and a passion for hospitality will set you apart in this role.
