About the role 

We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs to join the Culinary Division in Atlantis The Royal – the most sophisticated and dynamic kitchen operations team in the region. Candidates from various backgrounds are welcome to register their interest for future full-time opportunities in one of many departments across our resort:

• Fine dining (European, Asian, South American cuisines)
• Buffet operations (high volume operations)
• Casual dining (lounges, family friendly venues, pool and beach operations)

As a Sous Chef you will assist Chef de Cuisine with leading, managing and organizing all requirements to the highest standards in accordance with the resort policies and procedures. You will be accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations and exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Our Sous Chefs continually improve guest and colleague satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.

About You

To succeed in this role, you need at least 5 years’ experience, with at least 1-2 years’ in a similar supervisory position or above. You should have extensive background in a 5* luxury environment, whether it’s hotel-based operations or standalone reputable restaurant group. Ability to oversee complex and fast paced operations while maintaining high levels of service delivery and colleague recognition is crucial in this role.
