About The Role

The Guest Relations Duty Manager is responsible for managing the daily activities, reporting, training, and operations of the Host Department. They will be responsible for creating Joy for guests through anticipation, creativity, precision, empathy, warmth, tailoring every aspect of their stay to exceed their expectations. They will inspire the team to create an amazing experience and everlasting memories for the guests. Their instinctive leadership empowers them to coordinate and orchestrate the operation with an efficient yet luxurious approach.

About You

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel at a managerial level, additional language such as Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, German or Mandarin are advantageous.
